$-3y=-6 \ \ \Rightarrow \ \ y=2$
$x=3$

$0=-7$ sprzeczność

C)
$\left\{\begin{matrix} 3x-y=-1 /*2 \\ 4x+2y=7 \end{matrix}\right.$

$\left\{\begin{matrix} 6x-2y=-2 \\ 4x+2y=7 \end{matrix}\right.$

$10x=5 \ \ \rightarrow \ \ x=0,5$
$y=2,5$
